Our Services
Note
All freight as rule of thumb is to be considered bulk freight. We are not equipped to handle volume
small freight deliveries to separate delivery points at competitive prices at this time.
Same Day Service
This is our basic service which then would apply the basic price formulas below.
Daily Pick-ups
We can take care of routine daily pick ups that are pre-arranged with our courier team. The times and costs
would be pre-arranged with the customer and our company.
RUSH Service
This is a service where we will pick the freight up within 2 hours of time designated to be ready (barring
circumstances out of our control). The product will then be delivered within 3 hours of pick-up. Cost is based
on basic dimensions limit and location, weight structure. The price is 1.7 x basic price (example ... 1 pallet
is 1.7 x $47.50=$80.75; 2 pallets: 1.7 x 2 x $45.00= $153.00 or $76.50 per pallet and so on).
Direct Service
This is our premium service which has us directly proceed to the customer's pick-up suburb at the time we
have been told that the freight will be ready, and head directly to the suburb delivery point. This service is
subject to availability, and will be downgraded unless customer explicitly wants that service to be the RUSH
service at the appropriate pricing structure. The cost is 200% or 2 times the cost of the regular pallet with
the basic pallet size, distance and location proximity applying. Multiple pallets prices decreased based on
volume of pallets picked up going to same drop off point.
Contractual Hire

We can assist a company with inter office freight on a daily, weekly, monthly
basis, etc. Independent pricing will need to be agreed upon.
Weekend Delivery
This service must be pre-booked and confirmed by our staff. Pricing will be confirmed once all criteria is
known. Clients must speak with Customer Service for quote and availability.
Non-Specified Services
This is the area where we have not described a service that a customer requires but would like to discuss
with us. It could be an out of town service or after hours service. We want the customer to feel that
regardless of the need, we will work on having it filled. |

Conditions
Pallet base dimensions do not exceed 120cm x 120cm x 120cm (normal Chep pallet size)
Time allotted: Reasonable time is given to load and offload freight. Should this be passed a charge of
$0.60¢ per minute will apply.
We offer you great prices and service; we then ask that in return our time is respected so that we may
afford to continue to pass the savings on to you.
